We started Elixir Produce to spread the knowledge about how easy it is to start growing your own nutritious food at home with a little space and some light.
We are always striving to learn more about how to live a more sustainable, regenerative, and eco-friendly lifestyle - this knowledge we want to pass on to our children and the next generation to carry forward into the future.
From our small 200-year-old stable unit situated in Thurlaston, a village in the heart of the midlands we produce our homegrown, organic microgreens. We believe that, because of the way our produce is grown, it has a far superior flavour to anything that can be bought in the supermarket and also holds up to 40% more nutrients than traditionally grown vegetables. Our goal is to help people take the first step in moving towards a healthier lifestyle, whilst also reducing the carbon footprint that we leave behind us. We are working to become 100% eco-friendly by using compostable and bio-degradable packaging when possible and producing our own compost from natural, sustainable sources for growing and plant nutrition.
